Kioti have their own subsidiary in the USA selling around 5,500 tractors a year. They are totally independent - every aspect of design and manufacture is under their own control. All key components including engines, gearboxes, axles etc are designed and built by Kioti - either in house or by wholly owned subsidiary companies.
